I sure wish I could get an oyster po' boy from my favorite little po' boy shop over in Lacombe.
I want fried soft shell crab and homemade gumbo too!

A local restaurant (The Big Easy Cafe), which is run by NOLA natives, had a crawfish boil last month!
I stopped in and bought two pounds of crawfish boil! It was just like being down on the Gulf Coast!
My tummy was extra happy that day! I may go there for lunch tomorrow and get a po' boy!
