Because we were in rural PA, everyone had to take the bus to school unless you were lucky enough to score a parking permit when you were old enough.
Our last day of school traditional was water bottles, water guns & water baloons and tons of them. By the time I got home from the 30 minute trip from school I was usually soaked to the bone
