Well, there's no nudity, the language is pretty tame. The sexual situations are so mild a child will have no idea what's going on. And the violence is nothing; "Finding Nemo" has more violence.
But I wonder if a 6 year old will be able to sit still through the first Seabuscuit-free hour that feels like a documentary. And it's not completely about the horse. It's about the redemption of the three human protagonists. But I don't really know. Your daughter may absolutely love it.
