88. I'm not normal
as I usually just eat leftovers because of my job (I'm a barista at Starbucks and open the store at 4am.), get something out of the display case, or have dinner-type food.

I'll answer for what I eat when I eat real breakfast, on a day off or whatnot:

1.) I usually have 11-grain toast with butter and raspberry jam, soysage, home fries, and tofu scramble.

2.) Toast: Organic whole wheat flour, water, brown flax seeds, gluten flour, oat flakes, soy grits, yellow flax seeds, millet seeds, yeast, vinegar (apple cider), sea salt, organic whole rye flour, barley, brown rice, millet flour, semolina, bacterial culture. Loaf is topped with whole spelt.

Soysage: Soy, spices, natural flavorings(vegan), soya oil.

Jam(homemade): Raspberries, pectin, grape juice.

Butter: Heavy cream.

Home fries: potatoes, salt, spices, black pepper

Tofu scramble: Tofu, salt, black pepper, turmeric, red pepper, whatever raw veggies I have on hand, other spices.

3.) More than I want to think about. Toast: 160mg. Soysage: 330mg. Home fries: 1/8 tsp. Tofu: 1/8tsp. (The last two are give-or-take) Total: around 1776mg. (29.6% of DRV)
