They do that anyway.

The harder hitters (football and baseball). The harder throwers. The faster runners. The better fielders. Whatever.

My kid is better than your kid. Ergo, I'm better than you.

I've been saying for years, parents simply should be banned from organized youth sports. Give the kids decent places to play and rudimentary equipment and let 'em play on their own. They'll have a lot more fun.
