He's a Houston artist; a true hippy, he had a juicer at his openings so patrons could drink organic carrot juice instead of insipid white wine.

Although I never met her, one of Houston's finest philanthropists was the great Ima Hogg.

However, my favorite names belongs to an anthropolist: Dr. Lionel Tiger!
