grill just right. I have made my own garlic herb butter, in the meantime.(won't tell you what herbs) I rub both sides of the steaks with regular salt and pepper. Although, I crack whole peppercorns. When the grill is ready, the temperature is right, I place them on the grill. I then Baste my steaks on a continual basis with my garlic herb butter, flipping my steaks every five minutes, until done.

Everyone who has eaten them swear they have just eaten the best steak of their life. No restaurant steak can compare to mine. At least not in Kansas City, which is known for its beef and BBQ.
