...have cracked down even FURTHER with drinking & driving to the point that even if you have alcohol on your breath but don't fail the breath test they can still ticket you. And the fact that all the major drinking areas in Wilmington have cops all over the place so if you get in the car trashed - they know about it.
Just because people CAN get in a car and drive drunk doesn't mean it's acceptable. Since I started drinking, all of the states up'd the age to 21, lowered the legal limit to .08 AND many states now are passing 'Buzzed Driving' laws like I described in the first paragraph where you can be tickted even below .08. And even though that ticket is pretty much like a speeding ticket, the points will fuck over your insurance for 3 years
