12. NJ actually, but the movie is Video Voyeur.
It's about a family that moves into this southern town and their creepy neighbor has installed cameras all around their house. He's obsessed with the wife, who is also that chick with the brown hair from Law & Order. Normally, my sister & I watch Lifetime movies together, but she has her boyfriend over and it's too soon to make him watch Lifetime movies.
