but I think that has been debunked.

Here's a Canadian website that discusses the possible reasons for kidney stones.

I'm all for multivitamins -- but only 500 mg. of Vit. C at the most. Any more ascorbic acid and I can get gastric reflux. Also, I don't chew or suck on Vitamin C anymore. It can really do a number on your tooth enamel, so I've heard from dentists.

You might try Googling "vitamins cause kidney stones" and see what you get.
