...where bicycles do not have full vehicular rights and responsibilities. They typically restrict access to vehicles capable of maintaining a posted minimum speed limit, but again, the important point to remember is that bicycles are vehicles under the law and unless specifically excluded by posted signs, have full legal use of the road, just like cars and trucks do.
