the original question was how powerful is he, which would indicate that you think he's not as powerful as he seems. money is certainly power, but all the money in the world is useless if you don't have anyone trustworthy to do your disgusting, genocidal, heartless dirty work for you. That's what the cia is for, defending economic interests the world over.
