did you talk to the landlord and explain that there was no noise? if you've got a weirdo imagining things, you are going to need to protect yourself but approaching the weirdo will do more harm than good

if you are playing the music too loud knock it off, if you can't tell if you're playing the music too loud get your hearing checked

but don't approach someone who is already your declared enemy, why get a stalking charge on top of it?
