But because of the Republicans "other-ing".

Besides, Every time the Democrats try to act as if they are in with rural America, they come accross as disingenuine and patronizing. Think of Kerry hunting. Doesn't matter that he actually is a hunter, perception is everything and it appeared fake.

That's why I liked Dean. He pretty much said "I am not from rural America, I am a Northeast Liberal, but I want to FIND common ground..."
