We all have our stresses and challenges. When they slap us in the face we are dazed and unsteadied, it doesn't matter how large or small they are in other's eyes, they are ours and damn it they matter and they hurt and they scare us.

No mess pales and you are not alone. Take deep cleansing breaths, in through your nose and out your slightly parted lips, close your eyes and focus on each breath, each breath just a little deeper. Reach inside and find your center, embrace your spirit. You are worthy of as much attention and compassion and love as anyone on this board.

Because of the love and support and encouragement of so many on DU has helped me, it would be wrong of me not to share it with others. That would be criminal. Feel the love and support and positive energies of this wonderful community. Let them help you heal and help you find the strength you need.
