5. Two Things
1. Pull the power plug from the computer. While the power plug is disconnected, hit the power switch. Plug the power back in and try to boot.

2. Clear your CMOS. This is done by shorting a jumper on your mother board (find the manual) or by removing your CMOS battery for a brief period of time.

It's not as difficult as it sounds.

Come back with results.
