38. That is the source of emotional problems in a lot of women, including
myself. I grew up looking at all the teen magazines and feeling bad about myself because I didn't look as skinny as them. I know now that I had an average body, but at the time I just considered myself fat. Odd, how now when I actually should lose some weight, I feel better about myself then when I was the perfect weight for my bone structure.
