1. I've never had chicken pox.

2. My first job was tying strings to use to hang salmon strips in a smokery.

3. I was moved from kindergarten to first grade in February of the school year, mostly because I could already read.

4. I hate oranges.

5. I've never been skiing.

6. I used to be a court-appointed special advocate for children.

7. I've met two different silent film actors.

8. I collect old (like 80 years or more) yearbooks.

9. One of my four cats is deaf.

10. My dream vacation is to visit the isolated South Atlantic islands of St. Helena and Tristan da Cunha (well, a couple of people here know that).
