Not that often tho.. I pulled in my drive way, their black lab was standing by my front porch with their owner at the end of my property and the dog looked at me, squatted, left me a present by my stairs and then his owner called. I was so pissed.
Call your dog warden and explain the situation. I'm sure he'd be more than happy to go cite someone :)
