Same guy who owns the Hollywood (pro-censorship) video chain. He bought the World Series for his team a la Steinbrenner. Not interested in putting out a consistent winner, he dismantled the team the following year and they sank back to last place.

The Cubs are owned by the Tribune Company, who owns the anti-Schwarzenegger LA Times, the Washington Post, and irony of ironies, the Miami Herald!

The Chicago Cubs - you can't escape them.
