44. It's interesting to look at the countries that have had female leaders
(including elected leaders) and see how many are extremely conservative, even misogynistic, societies - and yet many pundits in the U.S. are convinced that a woman still has no chance of winning a Presidential election. I can only shake my head in bafflement. I mean, PAKISTAN had a female leader. INDIA. PHILLIPPINES. ISRAEL. Dozens of others. Yet here we sit, building that bridge to the 19th century anew every day...

(not aimed at you, BB, I do understand the concept of irony)
