My fave way to prepare it is this:

Use extra firm Mori-Nu tofu

slice thinly, and pat out extra water between paper towels

dip & cover in a mixture of nutritional yeast and panko (Japanese bread crumbs)

pan fry using non-stick spray, until golden brown

top each piece with a dab of butter or vegan butter substitute, crushed macadamia nuts & parsley

squeeze fresh lemon juice


This is AWESOME, especially served with rice and a side of veggies.
