my misery could use some company. i have been on again off again with yoga, and other stuff for most of my adult life. i am 50, and in crappy health, and need to get it together.
i let my y membership lapse this summer, and bought a gazelle. i have used it twice. i had been doing pretty well at the y, then i caught west nile virus. i have had problems ever since.
my son is after me to get him some weights. he could really use it, too.

so, we could have a daily workout log, and one for aches and pains.
