you need assistance. they want to help. These services rely on the community. Remember it takes a community to care for each and everyone. In Va I am a mandated reported for elder abuse. I would get in serious trouble if I did not interevene. You are a concerned citizen, they rely on folks like you, specially if the neighbor is getting sick.
