pediculosis is a very contagious condition. Your employee can carry this home and infect people unwittingly by close casual contact, including children(you dont have to have pubic hair to contact it, they can live and breed on eyelashes, in children they have an affinity for the lashes) If you have ever seen a child suffering from this condition, as I have, I am pretty sure you wouldn't laugh, it is very ugly and without proper diagnosis and treatment leads to months of suffering.
Knowingly transferring a communicable disease is a serious crime for this reason. As far as I'm concerned, you are an accomplice to the crime.
