I am amazed at your resilience(sp).
Having been in a head-on collision and a year in a wheelchair I know what kind of stuff you are going through.. However, progress is being made and you are on your way though it's hard to keep thinking good thoughts all the time. So, know all of us will be thinking those good thoughts for you and sending all of our good vibes your way.
Hang in there! YOu'll be in my thoughts and prayers until you're dancing at anybodys birthday!
