13. I conscientiously object and abstain.
but, I'll write something just the same ...

W: I'm sorry I made it happen on purpose ... I just needed a Pearl Harbor so I could become resolute and to be able to say the word jusssssticccce a lot ... and to look presidential and stuff ... and to get me some military credentials ... not to mention getting past all the bad press the first 200 some days I had ... Chandra and Condit and sharks didn't shake anything off ... the Afghans walked away from an offer of a carpet of gold ... what else was I to do? I mean, really, what's a little oil between enemies ... plus, we had to find a quick way to establish limits to freedom and to make my pie higher ... nothing personal ...
