I'd actually like to have a discussion about PETA that doesn't turn into a flame war. I think that Maddox's point is that PETA telling people not to eat meat because it contributes to the suffering of animals is hypocritical because eating vegetables also contributes to the suffering of animals. Essentially, he's saying that there's another side to the story that isn't just "I don't care about stupid animals or animal rights I'm eating meat products." BTW I'm very curious, what's PETA's stance on fish products?
