6. A young man was promoted to general manager of a large company

He had a generous budget, the authority for hiring, assigning tasks, setting goals, development and implementation of strategies, workflow, organization, the works!

After his first week on the job, he complained to his friends, "It's not fair! Now everybody from the janitor to the board of directors blames me for everything!"
