And what part of the Foreign Policy that you site regarding Latin America did Clark write?

Most of the crap that went down in Latin America (Rios Montt) was in the 70's and 80's.

Don't think you know more than I about what went down in Central & South America but that has squat to do wtih General Clark.

Come up with a legitimate debate rather than innuendo and straw men and maybe I'll pay attention to you again sometime in the future.
