They keep him under tight raps. (not wraps. RAPS.....as in they box his chimpy ears if he looks out of line). Their little WMD and idiocy.
I am sure he doesn't know anything unless Rove decides the boy needs to know in order to say something publicly about.
That's the laughable kicker in all this.......Here we have an alleged leader who is bullying the world and our country right and left, and I have no doubt that he is absolutely man-handled by his keepers....
