6. On our local news
Here in Texas, the talking heads were pattering back and forth. One of them mentioned that GW had met the Queen before, attending a dinner at the WH when his Poppy was prez. GW wore cowboy boots emblazoned with "God Save the Queen". Isn't that just, um, classyfied?
