"The coalition air war commander, Lieutenant General T. Michael Moseley, revealed this weekend that Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld had to personally sign off on any airstrike ''thought likely to result in deaths of more than 30 civilians,'' as The New York Times reported. ''More than 50 such strikes were proposed, and all of them were approved.''


So, in actual practice - Rumsfeld ORDERED and APPROVED the killing, THE MURDER, THE EXECUTION, of more than 1,500 innocent civilians: BABIES, PREGNANT WOMEN, OLD GRANDMOTHERS AND GRANDFATHERS, TEENAGERS, MOTHERS, PRE-PUBESCENT GIRLS, LITTLE CHILDREN, FARMERS, ARTISTS, LOVERS, AND MANY MANY MORE

This paragraph and admission alone is worthy of Nuremburg-type prosecutions and convictions and (though I am anti-death penalty) sentences which are just for the extent of the crime.
