because so far I'm not that convienced that it wasn't agreeable to both parties. Consider she's white and he's black and it happened in the state of Colorado. For one this this victim has some serious issues but what was she thinking when she agreed to go to his room? If it's true that he did force himself on her against her will that's another thing but let's see what comes out in the trial. But I have a real problem with these fat white men in Colorado just itching to do Kobe in. I could be wrong but I grew up too long in the south where blacks were lynched and burned for daring to love a white woman.
