Shit flies fast around here when a new poster shows up with an echo of the republican argument . . . that said, I do think Bush has put the hunt for terrorists in jeopardy by obtaining evidence illegally that couldn't be used in court, and by undermining the credibility of the FISA court as he sidestepped them. They lost a great judge the other day. Judge Robertson.
