21. Seems odd to me
and especially that it could be finances. I keep hearing about layoffs, debt and heating costs.

I wonder if clips of his speeches on Iraq last week were enough to bring his base back up. Who knows,

It was still 40. Bad.
I saw a breakdown...it was like 79% approval with republicans, 34% with Independents and somewhere in the teens with Democrats.
It has always been 0 with me.
