Is it time for DU to add a Body Count in its masthead?

Not to be morbid, but during Vietnam, our local paper had a little box that showed a weekly count of US soldiers killed. Seeing numbers in the 300's sure had an effect on THIS then-high schooler who faced the draft himself (I "won" in the lottery with number that was too far down the list to be drafted).

Just today, I saw a Yahoo story about 4 more soldiers being killed, "bringing to 101 the number killed in action since bush declared major combat...blah, blah blah." It's almost as if the media has erased the deaths that happened before shrub's insulting and idiotic landing. We're now down from the actual total - which is close to 400 killed - to just over 100. How'd that happen? It gets confusing, even for those of us who try to follow such things.

I propose a box that lists the total combat deaths, non-combats deaths, wounded to date, and total of all three. Bartcop often publishes some numbers, but usually mid-page and not on any kind of schedule. It would help me, at least, keep things in perspective.
