57. Let's play "Catch It and You Keep It!"
It was absolute pandemonium in there, and they were throwing those laptops 20 feet in the air and people collapsing on each other to grab them. It was ridiculous, said one shopper.

Nah, not ridiculous at all. It's the future!

Listen, Wally. Here's what you do. Charge $25 for admission to an "arena" area around Wal-Mart tower there in Bentonville. The people in the arena area are allowed to try to catch whatever you toss off the roof. If they catch it, they keep it! This is an elegantly simple concept! Start off with Beanie Babies and Tickle-Me Elmos. In the later rounds, go for the laptops and iPods. In the final stages, toss off 52" plasma TVs and refrigerators. Much hilarity will ensue, and just think of the pay-per-view revenue!

(Disclaimer: This is not an original idea -- I saw it on a TV show <can't remember which> a while back.)
