Their plan is to penure the middle class of the United States through loss of jobs, the collapse of the nation's manufacturing base and the bankrupting of the U.S. Treasury. Then we all will live (those they haven't eliminated) like the 99-percent of the people in Haiti who fight over the 1-percent of the wealth at their disposal. This is these NeoFascists' New Feudalism.
