5. Where is it raining? Central CA?
Looks like, on the Radar, that the rain is above Bakersfield. Will this help Arnie? Will the rain make it into the Southland in time to effect turnout? Rain isn't predicted for San Diego until thurs. If it starts raining in Santa Barbara (looks like it will), that's not exactly minority central.

I don't think people in N. and C. California are fazed by rain. The question mark is LA. If it rains hard in LA that will change voter turnout.
