We might lose this battle (Abortion) in the short term but we are winning the culture war in the long term.
My point is that with the internet and overseas pharmacies and Ru-486 women won't have to spend tons of money crossing state lines, hotels, etc to get an abortion. They just need to order it over the internet and have a safe doctor who they can trust not to turn them in if complications arise from the RU-486.
I think this really drives home the fact that laws governing personal conduct that do not effect another PERSON (living breathing person) are nearly uninforceable because people will find a way to get around the law and 99/100 times they'll be able to do it without being noticed.
