69. No.. but they will outlaw sex..

.. so having a unwanted child is the rightous punishment for sex.
And of course that also goes for rape. Because only unpure women and girls get raped when they are out without a man to protect them... oh, and why let them out anyway?

That pretty much sums it up, I guess...
