exist, I'd say what you've stated here is already true - at least in reference to women of means going to the provider state and the poorer women remaining pregnant against their will.

I read a little while back that about 88% of counties throughout the US do not have an abortion provider. And one of the leading reasons women have sought later abortions (second trimester - up to about 20 weeks) was needing to gather appropriate funding for both the procedure and for the trip (gas, car, food, hotel maybe, arranging childcare, etc.), because their closest choice for a provider was out of town or even out of state... It's already happening in part. The rest of your post though may come in all due time if the vocal minority of staunch anti-abortion groups get their way.
