about North Korea having developed eight or nine nuclear missiles during Clinton's tenure. I wrote him to inform him:

Mr. Morris,
It has come to my attention that you have made the erroneous claim that North Korea (the PDK) had developed eight-to-nine nuclear missiles prior to 2001. As a member of the now defunct IASK (Institute for Asian Security - Korea) my job was to monitor the PDK for such activity. During my seven years with IASK (1997-2003) there was no Nuclear Weapons Activity like what you described that ever occurred. Since April of 2003, I have been working for the Korean Government in much the same capacity as I had for IASK.
I am here to tell you that there was NO (Zero, Nada) nuclear activity on the scale that you described until 2002 -- after Clinton was out of office.
I don't know if you are just badly misinformed or if you are an outright liar. But, I would ask, in the future, that you check your facts before making bold and wrong assertions.
