Look at this way.. I'm not walking into the door of OB/BYN's office that offers the procedure yet can deny you the procedure. I'd walk into a clinic I know performs the procedure. I'm NOT being blind sided. And this is regards to a dose of birth control pills that prevent an egg and swimmy tadpole from meeting and implanting. It's your period on steroids. Not a medical procedure that is much more traumatic and personal.
We are talking about a drug store that dispenses drugs of all varieties. How is fair for me to be refused birth control.. because someone decides they have a moral objection and sits their and tells me to my face? Isn't that religious discrimination not protection? When me the buyer, is refused a service that is LEGAL prescription given to me by my doctor because of moral objection to a performance of a drug? If that's case don't allow Scientologist to be pharmacist, they'll refuse to fill all antidepressants and it will be morally acceptable?
