14. I plead ignorance, but even with that latitude
the popularity that * now has, I submit that not only will the people in this country stand against it, but they would call on their representatives to impeach him, if he trys for another pre-emptive attack against a soverign country that has NOT attacked us

More importantly, we just don't have the resources, unless of course they decide to draft, and his own party will turn against him then
