17. You've convinced me on one point,
it was only the most dyed-in-the-wool racists who fell for the ugly message planted within the Katrina disaster.

They're still trying. If nothing else, the media are gripping as tightly as they can to Bush's racist base, keeping them fired-up.

I still disagree on the "talk" point. Talk radio is huge.

When people hear a message that they rarely hear and happen to believe is important, they become very excited indeed.
