smokescreen to draw your attention away from the corrupt republicans and neocons and their indictments. They also will gladly throw 4 Billion dollars away to make it seem more real!!!! It is all about generating fear with these bastards, so they can later tell us how great they are and how they saved us from the dreaded disease.
