Rove was very angry with Wilson, that he would dare to defy Little Boots. So angry that he stepped forward with all the arrogance he could muster and devised a scheme to play "gotcha" with Joe Wilson.

I hope Ben Franklin's words are still true today. There is no punishment severe enough for a traitor to our national security.
