I will quote his rant verbatum because I agree with it.

"You notice who I don't complain about. . .Politicians. Everyone hates politicians. Everyone says they suck. Well, who elected these people? They didn't fall from the sky. They didn't come to us through a membrane from another reality. They comes from American home, American families, American churches, American schools, American society and were elected by American people. This is the best we can do folks. This is the best there is. It's what our system produces. Garbage in, garbage out. If you have selfish, ignorant citizens, you're going to have selfish ignorant leaders. And term limits aren't going to change anything, you're just going to have a new bunch of selfish ignorant citizens. So maybe it's not the politicians who suck. Maybe something else sucks around. Like the public. Yeah, there's a nice campaign slogan for you. "The Public Sucks, Fuck Hope." Because if it were the fault of these politicians, then where are the bright, honest, intelligent people of conscience that will step in and lead the way and save the day. We don't have people like that in this country. Everyone's at the mall. . .scratching their ass, picking their nose and buying a pair of sneakers with lights in them."

I know it's a comedy routine, but it's true. DeLie leaves, Frist leaves, Boosh* leaves and we'll get something worse. The powers who control the information will spin and lie to make it possible (DieBold, MSM, Faux News). I've always said it's easier being a Republican than a Democrat. Being a Democrat requires thinking. Being a Republican requires self-interested greed!
